How does lainchan generate the 13-digit numeric hash for the filenames like 8910489518471-0.png 8910489518471-1.png 8910489518471-2.png Is modulo used or is base64?

>>40500 how descriptive, i thought it used 0s and 1s represented by electrical pulses

is this some lame joke about not knowing unix timestamps
dup · 2024-11-27 18:00
>>40498 The number 1732745938138 represents a Unix timestamp in milliseconds. If you convert it, it corresponds to a specific date and time when the post was posted, thats what it appears to be how it works. echo $(( $(date +%s) * 1000 )) If your looking to name your file to look like how lainchan you would need to somehow anticipate it be ahead in milliseconds which would be hard to do.
