Voice to Skull technology?

From natural causes to civilian and military like anti infantry using sound waves. How voice to skull harassment being done thru talking appliances like electric fan? I'm not going to contribute much because this site has deleted my posts and threads extensively in the past. There are all kinds of ways to project sound. Look into eg GENASYS. Modulating powerline hum, eh. w/e, it's a big topic.

Sound lasers are typically too large to fit into an electric ceiling fan or rotating floor fan. You could do it with an AC installation, but there would be extreme difficulty in targeting an individual with a device embedded in an HVAC box without line-of-sight, even with xray/heat vision, since any obstruction would absorb the SL. You'd want something more like Ultrasound or Infrasound thought disruption for a structure-embedded device. Voice is a really finicky technology.
