DeDe Protocol is now deployed and available on Ethereum Mainnet.
paraply · 2025-11-21 09:30
The decentralized delivery rail is now live on Ethereum Mainnet.
This is DeDe. Not a token. Not a platform. Not a job. Not speculation. Infrastructure.
Old logistics is collapsing. Postal systems fail. Parcels disappear. Surveillance grows. ID checks increase. Centralized carriers bleed reliability. States violate correspondence privacy despite Article 12 of the UDHR and Article 17 of the ICCPR.
Parallel systems must be built. Systems immune to capture. Systems by us for us.
DeDe is a bare-metal settlement rail for physical delivery. Anyone can create a parcel NFT. Anyone can accept and carry it on the route they already travel. No fleets. No bosses. No middlemen. No data harvesting. Movement -> delivery.
Trustless escrow. 72 hour auto-finalize. 0.5 percent immutable fee. Staked A* signer registry. Permissionless finalize. MIT licensed. Minimal footprint. No central operator. No backdoors.
Think Bitcoin -> money. Matrix -> messaging. DeDe -> delivery.

Parallel infrastructure is how we survive systemic rot. Build decentralized rails before centralized systems collapse entirely.

Why not just overthrow the state. Also kick out niggers and Indians, white aristocracy is bad enough already.

"Trustless" package delivery? I'm stealing ur fuarrrking packages all day long bro
Random · 2025-11-21 16:21
But what if someone just steals the package?
With no central authority there is no recourse. I understand getting a private shipper or your country's nationalized postal service to reimburse you for lost packages is insane, but there is the perception of trust.
The postman won't just steal my package unless I'm doing something intelligence doesn't like, how am I guaranteed my package won't just disappear and never show up?

>claims this is a win for privacy
>delivery info (which includes pickup location, drop off location, timing information, and photo evidence of delivery) stored forever on a public blockchain

from the "whitepaper" it looks like op thinks escrow alone is enough to solve this problem.

op probably doesn't even think this for himself, it's large language model slop I'd bet. I hate post COVID internet

DeDe does not put pickup locations, delivery coordinates, photos or timing data on chain. Only the tokenId and lifecycle state are public. Any sensitive info sits in the NFT metadata, and that is encrypted or stored off chain. Ethereum only sees a hash, not the content. NFTs are not just “art pictures”, do your homework before typing.
Nothing stops physical theft in any delivery system. The protocol does not try to solve that, it solves the financial trust problem. If someone steals the parcel they get nothing because the escrow only releases when both sides say it arrived. In the normal postal system you can lose the item and your money. Here you only lose the item.
DeDe is not a courier company or an app. It is a settlement rail. Anyone who builds an app on top can add their own fees or logic, but that has nothing to do with the protocol. DeDe itself takes a 0.5 percent transaction fee from the escrow and the other 99.5 percent goes to the person who delivers.
A smart contract cannot stop someone from opening a box, it can only make sure nobody gets paid unless delivery is confirmed. Everything else belongs to whatever apps or communities build on top of it.
If you think NFTs can only store cartoon monkeys, you might want to sit out the technical discussion.
xoxo

There is literally no reason for any delivery service to use this gpt slop "protocol" lil vro

Wow, I could never have imagined such a well-thought-out critique. Must’ve taken hours to channel that level of insight.
You're so smart, good for you.

Getting fired is a deterrent. Cameras can provide evidence of theft.
>If someone steals the parcel they get nothing
They get the parcel. Then they can just sell whatever it is on Ebay.
>In the normal postal system you can lose the item and your money.
No, I get a refund.

I've told you over and over again. They c|amp, vaccinate, and circumcise.
You think a few generations of pic rel will produce anything beyond the most brain damaged animal imagineable, incapable of anything resembling reason or intelligent conversation? No, it produces mind blind parrot slaves. And then they surround you with them and their endless animal cacophony.
Nobody special · 2025-11-23 12:52
I had an idea for something like this, but for delivery of something like newspapers or books or pamphlets where it doesn't matter if it gets stolen because it's just information. Really the printing part is more important. Then you can run political newspapers calling for

Why not just use a sort of tracking system so anyone who keeps a package too long is considered to have stolen it? Or does this defeat some of the intent by using tracking of the packages?
