Yggdrasil DNS server setup

As stated on the official website, there's no official DNS implementation. There are currently multiple options available: — Alfis (https://github.com/Revertron/Alfis). Blockchain-based, syncs domain database p2p. Supports other naming protocols, and other general DNS stuff — Meshname (https://github.com/zhoreeq/meshname). More specific to Yggrasil (and other IPv6 networks). Abandoned. — Mario DNS (https://notabug.org/acetone/mario-dns). Supports I2P and of ygg. — YggNS (https://github.com/ru-crypto-anarchy/YggNS). Abandoned. Which DNS server is used mainly? How would I plug it to an existing DNS? AFAIK you can have both websites set an AAAA record to an IPv6 from the network, and .ygg domains. I got the second one working by just mapping the TLD to one of the public DNS servers, but there should be a niver way to configure ygg websites that just set the AAAA record. The question is, which DNS server is preferable for Yggdrasil, and what's the correct setup?

>>88285 I have i2pd installed. Do you mean it has a DNS resolver that is able resolve not only .i2p but .ygg as well? Or IPv6 records of any kind? I2P addresses are base32 hashes, so that's completely different. I'll see though how they work together, thanks for the pointer.
