Anyone here a licensed HAM or into RX'ing? I have one of those RTL-SDRs and have been playing with it again recently. You can also listen to Web SDRs too from people with better setups than I have.
I've heard a lot of stuff on the airwaves from North America and Europe. You can find number stations if you're into that kind of thing, but it is a lot of fun just to listen to people contacting each other.

Is there a way to operate HAM without a license?
P.S. STOP POSTING FROGS
