alternate title: how to take personal advantage of the difference in distance between the local technological jurisprudence and emerging, nascent, presently unregulated or under-regulated knowledge and means of generating sufficient passive cashflow, enough to at least live in a small apartment and secure critical free time from these meaningless tedious 9-5s
e.g. guerrila cyber marketing; selling content derived from generative AI or utilizing generative AI to increase volume without meaningful quality reduction: AI-guided input automation
let's brainstorm ways to legally exploit AI and input automation and content generation to at least obtain enough cashflow to live in a small apartment
might've explained it poorly, my examples:
>a fleet of YouTube channels reading reddit stories edited and voiced by AI consolidating ad revenue
>a porn game with DLC
that's it im out of ideas. any ideas on how to become a NEET with an automated cashflow? enough to avoid needing a job at McDonald's? they're gonna crack down on it at some point, get the gibs now while the tech still seems new or auspicious to people like $BTC <2015

Here is the main issue with any such plan: its success means its downfall. Either too many people making money that way, a few people get very good at it and push out all competition, or as you mention, someone cracks down on it. This is a continuous process; at any given moment in time there are many little-known businesses, and by existing and growing they remove opportunity for newcomers.
What that amounts to is, passive income is essentially a myth. If obtained, what you have isn't an indefinite promise of financial security, you have what might be considered information capital, a depreciating asset. You must still work to maintain it, build it, and to acquire fresher forms of it.
Take your example of a porn game with DLC; say you have made this, and it is moderately successful, enough to cover your expenses, and relatively turnkey, ie. you're making the new content with AI. How long before people lose interest in that game? Without more effort, it will happen, and you'll have to move on to something else. But why do that when you already have a business you could put effort into growing instead? More porn games, a Patreon, marketing, an online presence, unique skills and knowledge of the industry; these naturally snowball to ultimately get you enough regular capital to be financially secure in a more lasting way. The ratio of effort to cash initially for most entrepreneurial ventures is terrible, the ratio when you have built things up can be much better.
Anyway here's an idea to actually contribute: AI that cold calls businesses selling various freelance services they are likely to need, and simultaneously solicits freelancers to do the work (maybe via fiver, upwork, amazon mturk, people you know), negotiates prices, and keeps the difference.

Just get a job without contributing to the AI slop, jew

You could make a bot that gives soykaf takes on Twitter to farm engagement.

Thought of another one; an AI powered service that writes a resume for the user, navigates and fills out online forms, and applies to many jobs on their behalf

Own property, and figure out how to rent it out. Houses, music, whatever. If you want to receive while never giving, then you must force someone else do your portion of the work and theirs

AI is a fad. For (semi-)passive income eventually you'll have to put in effort. So you might as well read these books.

You have to be skilled enough to earn any considerable amount from IP. (For music, there's wavlake, they pay artists in crypto.)
And apartments are first bought before they're rented.

Obviously. The only way to make money is to have it, and it takes skill to figure out what to own.
