Homelab || Home Servers

I've been using proxmox has my homelab // home server solution and virtualizing my router, a docker vm, nas, etc etc etc. I'm curious as to what the other tech lains have been working on in their servers. Finding the "right" ecosystem is tough, and I always feel like I'm compromising something.(USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST, You should always elaborate on your opinions rather than just spilling the soykaf.)

>>75709 Plex, Minecraft server, this service called audiobookshelf to download and manage my podcasts, stable diffusion, xteve to get iptv on plex, and a seed box. I am using an old hp workstation that does just fine. I have both a gtx 1050ti and an rtx 2060. The first is for transcoding, and the second for sd.
