My old xps finally kicked the bucket and I need a new laptop.
What's a good inexpensive laptop?(USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST, You should always elaborate on your opinions rather than just spilling the soykaf.)

oldish thinkpads are solid enough if u get lucky. i lucked out on one and got mine for under £50 for schoolwork but if u need something more intensive there are plenty of semi broken laptops you can buy and put an hour and 20 bucks into fixing for a very tasty value
