So I want to use GrapheneOS, what's the best way to route all of my traffic through a VPN? I don't want to connect to certain applications unless the connection to the VPN is established

Orbot or Invizible pro will route your phone's entire traffic through tor.

I installed the mullvad app (via obtainium) and set it to always on in android's vpn settings. You can also just add a vpn profile through android settings if you wish.
