Double click issue for some elderly people

My grandfather has issues double clicking.. but the issue is that the double click is not the issue, the issue is that he cannot help but move the mouse in between because he trembles a lot. I wonder if there is not something i can do for him ? Are there mouse stabilizers or anything ? it's gotten a bit worse with time and now he will manage to double click at the fifth time and it's really exhausting for him.

More details : There's the "just press enter" thing of course but it's also tiring for him. He uses windows 10 on his main pc, and I'm hopefully not going to change it, unless you tell me there's one perfect solution for W7 (which he used to have) because he's used to it now. He has a normal mouse. (maybe there's a hardware thing that could help him ? we already bought a keyboard with big glowing symbols to help him) His mind is quick and he retains pretty well, it's his constant trembling that is the issue. Thank you in advance lainons.

>>67149 These are great, I've used these a lot in the past. Another option could be to get a mouse such as the Redragon M908 ([1] and picrel) and rebind the autoclicker button (just above the left click) to be a double-click. What about single click, in file explorer? I dunno if he needs to double click inside applications, but you can change this to single-click your way in the OS.
