Hello Lainons, how would you go about dipping your toes into the sea of machine learning? It's an interesting field and obviously it's becoming massively important but it seems overwhelming. Are there any free programs that could help me get some baseline knowledge about how they work/are developed?

PyTorch or Keras. But learn some linear algebra and basics of probability theory & statistics first.
