Project Pandora

Jens Hansen · 2022-08-09 01:42
Found and added new Project Pandora (Subproject Bizarre) material. Official reports from later in the project made it out to be ambiguous and inconclusive (likewise with health effects of the Moscow Signal on embassy staff). Nonetheless, in a senate hearing shortly after it was transferred from ARPA to to Walter Reed Army base, questioning revealed the raw data the final reports were supposedly generated from had all been "destroyed". They called a project studying the possibility of altering nervous system activity with electromagnetic fields "Pandora" for a reason. https://www.mediafire.com/file/h3wc0dwpov8ybi8/%255BDoD%255D_1965_-_Project_Pandora.pdf/file https://www.mediafire.com/folder/dj875cd10yb72/EMF Watch Holes in Heaven also. they can do similar with ground based ionosphere heaters (eg HAARP) using the ionosphere itself, like a massive ELF-VLF antenna. https://www.mediafire.com/file/t4k6mul5hg1s3zx/Holes_in_Heaven_-_HAARP_And_Advances_In_Tesla_Technology_%25281998%2529.webm/file Scrubbed from Youtube, 1985 CNN report on electromagnetic weapons and Soviet psychotronics: https://www.mediafire.com/file/subtkqgu9ta0qf2/CNN_Report_1985_-_Electromagnetic_Weapons.mkv/file

>>62429 Build your own...? Exposure system? Unfortunately although aspects of the Moscow Signal have been characterized, there is no published complete account. Read through the file, I don't recall. Otherwise yes, devices like LIDA etc could probably be built easily for someone with an RF/EE background.

Read Robert O. Becker's book "Cross Currents" (download it from libgen). Even some non-ionizing radiation does have negative health effects.
