What can I do to distract myself on the web

Title says it all, this world isn't interesting at all. There's nothing to do on computers and I feel bored all of the time despite taking multiple meds etc. So what can I do to not be bored constantly?

Go backpacking for a couple years, if you volunteer at places you can do it without money, just an initial investment in a backpack and sleeping bag. Or frequent your local park and read books on benches every day until you start making friends and a girlfriend. Find a hobby that involves making something physical: macrame, wooden toys, diy toothpaste, whatever it is as long as it's a thing. Then sell that thing.

Find a role playing community. It's a great way to kill time.
