How can I get into programming or any other tech field like networking for example? I tried a bunch of programming courses and books before, but I end up losing motivation completely and never picking up those courses and books again.

>>31146 Why do you want to get into programming in the first place? Some people are intrinsically motivated by the desire to learn and create things. If you have this kind of motivation, just focus on the goal of whatever you want to learn/create. For example, if you want to make a website, focus on learning some simple HTML/CSS, and then maybe learn some simple JavaScript, and maybe move on to learning NodeJS or Python to do some projects involving backend/server-side stuff. If you want to make a game, learn C#/Unity and read about shaders and modeling and stuff. Or learn JavaScript and start reading the docs of the canvas API. The important thing is having a goal that you're working towards. If you're simply interested in it for the money, I would recommend you go to a university or something. I will say though that it's an order of magnitude (10x) harder to learn something you're not passionate about, so think carefully about whether you actually have the discipline to complete what you start. Tech work is not the only field of study which pays well.
