If you're looking for a general CS education along with it the CS50 course isn't bad (cs50.edx.org). If you just wanna know about C, here's a link to "The Art and Science of C" which is pretty good (http://read.pudn.com/downloads166/ebook/757458/The%20Art%20and%20Science%20of%20C/The%20art%20and%20science%20of%20C.pdf)

'K&R' (The C Programming Language) is the definitive text, often it's bundled with 'The Practice of Programming'. Both can be gotten easily at http://gen.lib.rus.ec/

I suppose I should temper my suggestion by saying that these are dated sources, but they're still quite good for learning the core of the language and how to program abstractly. Also you should read critiques of C and the New Jersey Style like 'The Rise of Worse is Better' (a five minute read, I'd encourage you to do so now) [1] and 'The UNIX Haters Handbook' (a small book) generally, but especially if you decide to go down this route so you can know where you stand.

Firstly your question is ambiguous because you don't state what you are trying to learn about C.
If you are trying to learn to program in C , the see the answer below. If you are trying to learn something else about C or how to use C in a particular domain or style then those are different subjects entirely.
For books that I recommend to learn modern and secure C which are not just the standard classic recommend by >>15963 , see the attachments.
First attachment is Modern C by Jens Gustedt.
Second attachment is 21st Century C by Ben Klemens.
Third attachment is Secure Coding in C and C++ by Robert C Seacord.
I have read all the these books and I recommend them. That isn't to say they are perfect but they are pretty good.
