Can someone help me identify this? I cannot find any source for this problem. I've tried logging in with different accounts, this image still pops up, without a captcha.

I get this when i use proxies publicly. Especially if they're stale lists.

More advanced queries can sometimes set this off too if you're doing any google dorking
