Hey lainons, I wanted to set up this thread to maybe help others to find advice on building desktop computers. I'll start:
What is a good Mainboard for with an AM4-socket, B450 or X470 chipset, preferably with 2 RAM-slots, not overloaded with different ports and features, but good quality (it should hold up for 5-6 years at least). Thank you in advance!

ASRock B450M Pro 4
ASUS Strix B450 Gaming
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
I'd be content to own whatever so long as I know that none of them are soy. As for X470 I never even looked into them.
You have to remember that anything AM4 has AMD's equivalent of Intel's Management Engine. As long as you're not after cutting edge specifications or a gluttony of SATA channels, you can get away with using the old FX series and avoid computers that are intentionally borked out of the factory

Fewer ports sounds like a crazy criteria to me. The chipset is the chipset regardless of how many $0.10 bits are soldered on. Start by listing the features that you want and then make a list of the cheapest boards that meet your needs. If you want it to last a long time without flaking out then you probably don't want the absolute cheapest one you can find.

To be clear that's the older FX CPUs.

Which will be the cheapest gpu to choose if I have a double 1440p monitor setup?
Usecase: only study/work.
Also post your pc specs, any advice is welcome.

I think most people in your situation are buying a GT 1030 or 710, both pretty old cards. If you want to buy used, I would say that any AMD or NVidia card from the past 10 years that you can find with two display ports will work. DVI-D ports should also work up to 1440p75 but older HDMI won't. I'm also seeing some Matrox cards which is intriguing but I don't know anything about them other than they were used for signage and not desktops.
