Im trying to get someone who can make a good gui, and some girls or maybe even tr***ys or twinks to do live games.
I think we would take like 3% of the money put in so better than the Indian casinos, and host it overseas to get around legal issues.

That's a good idea, if you follow through you will make it.
Just outsource your web design to an Indian dude (obviously not the back end though). Literally try someone with good reviews on Fiverr or something. Tell them EXACTLY what you want, and keep iterating until it fits. They are really good at pure front end for some reason, and very cheap.
