How does one make a Neurofeedback device? I've always been interested in this kinda stuff, I can code but don't know soykaf about electronics.

OHM law, resistor, capacitor, pullup, pulldown, arduino. That's mostly all you need to know to do electronic DIY in these days.

>>5991 The basics of circuit analysis are not that hard. You will need a very rudimentary understanding of complex numbers to deal with RCL circuits (components that induce phase shifts in the waveforms), but any book on circuit analysis will teach you that stuff. Since we have arduinos and the like now, you don't even really have to have a very deep understanding of that either, but it doesn't hurt. There are even plenty of youtube channels that can teach you the very basics of circuitry, like Michel Van Biezen. If you are in fact interested in electronics specifically.

OP, if you go the DIY route, try to power it with a battery, or come up with another way to isolate yourself from mains power. Don't risk frying your brain because of a nearby thunderstorm, accident or a crazy neighbor playing with the wires.

There are different kinds of neurofeedback sensors but I assume you mean the common EEG method. Other methods exist such as HEG. Info is available for neurofeedback devices you just have to look for it. http://openeeg.sourceforge.net/doc/hw/
