If that's all you have, not much. You've got processors, but no clock or memory. Since you have 6502s, you could build https://eater.net/6502 but you'll need to buy more components.

I got a whole stack of ICs, i havent looked at them yet, im sure theres some good stuff in it.
Il sort trough them later on and post and update here, dont know what to do with them so far.

You can, but you won't get a very fast clock. If you're intent on not using a crystal you're better off making an RC ring oscillator, and either way the stability of your clock will depend on the stability of your resistors and capacitors.
