Old IC recorder (Sony ICD-UX200), been using it as a music player but its limited to 2 gigs. Anyone have pointers on how to mod it with a micro sd or something? Picrel(USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST, You should always elaborate on your opinions rather than just spilling the soykaf.)

Unlikely you could increase the data storage capacity by much if at all because the firmware would have to support the storage capacity and the flash drive is possibly soldered to the logic board making it even more difficult. This means you would have to reverse engineer the firmware if you want a lot. Since the Sony ICD-UX300 is 4gb that is possibly your upper limit for your model.
