How can I make diy vr glasses? I saved some money and probably will have time for this. I can program 3d graphics quite well but don't know how to make a device. Maybe some anons who know more about electronics could give me advice? Like how and where can I buy a high-dpi screen that can be connected to pc, can I have a curved one, and similar.

I don't know what kind of answer do you expect really. You can buy a screen from China. The screens themselves would probably cost much more than most VR glasses on the market. Other than this, you have to ask specifically what exactly you have a problem with.

I want to develop some AR games with a special approach that's not present on current market. Well, the device I want is windows mixed reality glasses, but I can't make what I want because sdk is non-free, so I decided to make them myself.

Could you please post more about it? Sorry, never bought anything from China.

Plenty of DIY variants around.

DK1 & 2 are both open source now, too.
It's possible one faster route would be to grab a set of cheap FPV goggles (with a single screen) for quad racing, then just fit them with one of the STM based trackers.
You won't be able to get anything on par with current generation VR stuff, although getting up to devkit level is achievable. The real trick with VR headsets is the optics, and all the major companies are having theirs custom made for their headset; there's no viable small scale source for them.

AR is even more difficult. Current stuff for that is using holographic planar waveguides for the display; one manufacturer, one supplier, and all under patent. Haven't seen any DIY AR stuff outside of the little heads-up-display type things.
AliExpress is the best place to trawl through for parts; low/no minimum order and a massive variety of stuff.
